After your customers make a purchase on your Snipfeed store, they will receive a confirmation email packed with all the details about their new purchase. This email will include a link for them to access and download their new goodies!

This link is the golden ticket that will allow customers to download and/or access their purchase right away.

As a returning customer, you can also easily access your purchase history to track your past orders!

If customers misplace the email or need to access their purchase again, they can contact [email protected] to request a Magic link 🪄 to be sent to the email address associated with their purchase.
