Offering Q&As on your Snipfeed page is a great way to create a deeper connection between you and your audience. Our Q&A feature allows you to connect and speak with your followers while also getting paid to do so. Many of our creators enjoy using our Q&A feature because, while it is similar to a 1:1, it is not a live interaction. Instead, it allows you to respond to questions with a pre-recorded and personalized video, audio, or text response.

To fulfill a Q&A request, please follow the steps below.

  1. Login to your Snipfeed account.

  2. Once you’ve successfully logged in, you will be automatically directed to your Creator Dashboard. From your Creator Dashboard section, click on “Monetize,” then “Q&A’s” on the sidebar on the left of your computer screen.

  3. Now, you should be on the “My Shoutouts/Q&As” page. On this page, you will be able to see all of your Q&A content—both your active and drafted content—you have created for your Snipfeed page. Under the “Requests” tab, you will be able to see all of your requests, meaning both your “open” (i.e., requests that are awaiting your response) and “past” (i.e., requests you have fulfilled) Shoutout and Q&A requests.

  4. To fulfill a Shoutout/Q&A request, click on the “Requests” tab. To see all of your new requests that are waiting to be fulfilled, click “Open” on the menu tab at the top of this page. From here, you can see who has asked you a question, what they asked, and the amount of money they will pay you to answer that question and/or fulfill their shoutout request.

  5. To answer a question and/or fulfill a shoutout request, simply click on the offer and click “Accept.”

  6. After clicking “Accept,” you will have the option to write a message and/or upload either an audio or video message to send to your customer.

It is important to note that if you do not fulfill a Shoutout/Q&A request within 7 days of your customer’s submission, their request will be rejected automatically and you will not make a profit.
