Offering Q&As on your Snipfeed page is a great way to create a deeper connection between you and your audience. Our Q&A feature allows you to connect and speak with your followers while also getting paid to do so. Many of our creators enjoy using our Q&A feature because, while it is similar to a 1:1, it is not a live interaction. Instead, it allows you to respond to questions with a pre-recorded and personalized video, audio, or text response.
To fulfill a Q&A request, please follow the steps below.
Login to your Snipfeed account.
Once youâve successfully logged in, you will be automatically directed to your Creator Dashboard. From your Creator Dashboard section, click on âMonetize,â then âQ&Aâsâ on the sidebar on the left of your computer screen.
Now, you should be on the âMy Shoutouts/Q&Asâ page. On this page, you will be able to see all of your Q&A contentâboth your active and drafted contentâyou have created for your Snipfeed page. Under the âRequestsâ tab, you will be able to see all of your requests, meaning both your âopenâ (i.e., requests that are awaiting your response) and âpastâ (i.e., requests you have fulfilled) Shoutout and Q&A requests.
To fulfill a Shoutout/Q&A request, click on the âRequestsâ tab. To see all of your new requests that are waiting to be fulfilled, click âOpenâ on the menu tab at the top of this page. From here, you can see who has asked you a question, what they asked, and the amount of money they will pay you to answer that question and/or fulfill their shoutout request.
To answer a question and/or fulfill a shoutout request, simply click on the offer and click âAccept.â
After clicking âAccept,â you will have the option to write a message and/or upload either an audio or video message to send to your customer.
It is important to note that if you do not fulfill a Shoutout/Q&A request within 7 days of your customerâs submission, their request will be rejected automatically and you will not make a profit.
