Fulfilling a Q&A request on Snipfeed is an excellent way to engage with your audience while also getting paid to do so. Many of our creators enjoy using our Q&A feature because, while it is similar to a 1:1, it is not a live interaction. Instead, it allows you to respond to questions with a pre-recorded and personalized video, audio, or text response.
To fulfill a Q&A request, please follow the steps below.
Login to your Snipfeed account.
From your Customer dashboard, go to Orders. This section displays all incoming requests and orders from your followers/customers/clients.
Browse through the list of questions submitted by your audience. Take note of any that require your attention.
Click on the question you wish to fulfill. This will open a detailed view of the question.
5. In the response field, type your answer clearly and concisely. Make sure to provide valuable information that addresses the question.
Responses can be submitted via images, videos, audio, documents, or links to additional resources.
6. Before submitting, take a moment to review your response for clarity and accuracy. Make any necessary edits. Once the response is submitted, it cannot be undone.
7. Once you’re satisfied with your response, click the “Send” button to fulfill the Q&A request. Your answer will be sent to the user and may also be visible to your broader audience.

Tips for Effective Responses
Be Prompt: Aim to respond to questions in a timely manner to keep your audience engaged.
Be Professional: Maintain a respectful and professional tone in your responses.
Encourage Follow-Up Questions: Invite users to ask more questions if they need further clarification.
IMPORTANT NOTE: If you do not fulfill a Shoutout/Q&A request within 7 days of your customer’s submission, their request will be rejected automatically and you will not make a profit.
